In Motion Health and Performance

Originally hailing from Boston, Massachusetts, Dr. Zander’s path to chiropractic medicine is as diverse and vibrant as the city itself. His journey began with a passion for physical expression, cultivated through years of competitive skateboarding and skiing. These early experiences ignited his fascination with physical medicine and the profound impact of chiropractic care on the body’s natural healing process.

Dr. Kagle earned his Bachelor of Arts from the New School in NYC and graduated summa cum laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic, alongside his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Western States. Prior to embarking on his chiropractic career, Dr. Kagle spent over a decade as a dedicated massage therapist, specializing in myofascial release and the treatment of sports injuries. His therapeutic repertoire includes a diverse range of techniques, such as Active Release Techniques (ART), Trigger Point Therapy, Kinesiotaping, Motion Palpation, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), and the McKenzie Method. This comprehensive training equips him with the tools to uncover the root causes of injuries and guide his patients towards lasting recovery.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Kagle passion for music also holds a special place in his heart. As a skilled drummer, he briefly toured professionally, where he gained firsthand insight into the physical toll of repetitive stress injuries on artists and musicians.

If Dr. Zander is not working you will find him Trail Running, Gravel Biking, hanging out with his wife Laura and dog Blue, or playing Drums.
